Robert Henricks has been Operations Manager at TCM since February 2021 and Acting Managing Director since September 2021. He is seconded to TCM from Equinor.

Henricks has several years of experience in operational support and management, both from Equinor and Orkla. He has previously led Equinor Mongstad’s turnarounds, as well as led the project sector at Equinor Mongstad, where he has been responsible for modifications, maintenance shutdowns and project-based maintenance. Henricks holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from NTNU in Trondheim.

Kjetil Hantveit has been Modification Manager at TCM since 2014.

He then came back to TCM from the position as offshore project manager at Troll TPC34.(2011 – 2014)
Kjetil worked in the project team building TCM back in 2009 to 2011.
Hantveit has a craft of certificate as an electrical engineer. He has long experience from projects in the oil- and gas industry, and former had positions at Fabricom and Aibel.
He is hired inn from Omega to TCM.

Freddy Garcia has been Technology Manager at TCM since 2020. He holds a MSc. in Process Engineering from ENSIC in France.
Freddy is seconded to TCM from Total where he has held positions in process engineering, operational support and as process specialist through his 12 years in the company.

Muhammad Ismail Shah has been working in TCM Technology team as Principle Carbon Capture Specialist since 2016. He is seconded to TCM from Gassnova SF and have been working with TCM project since 2011.

Muhammad Ismail Shah has 13 years of experience in CO2 capture from industry, research, development and academia. He has been earlier working as Technology specialist with thermal conversion processes of biomass to transportation fuels in Norske Skog. He holds a Master in Oil and Gas Engineering from Aalborg university, Denmark and Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Pakistan.

Marie Berg started in the position as Finance and Administration Manager in 2019, coming from the position as TCM’s contract administrator, where she since 2013 has been responsible for legal, contract and procurement at TCM.

Berg holds a master’s degree in law from the University in Bergen, specialized within Petroleum law and Public Procurement. She started her career as a contract and procurement consultant in Statoil (now Equinor).

Berg is an independent consultant and externally hired to TCM.

Kurt-Arne Fosse has worked as HSE & Q Manager in TCM since April 2020.
He is seconded from Equinor where he has worked as HSE manager in various projects, mostly abroad, but also in Norway.
Fosse is an engineer in Chemistry and Process.
With its 31 years in oil, gas and wind power, Fosse has a versatile background and experience from both operation and maintenance, project and HSE management.

Arne Thorsen Kolle has been Commercial Manager at TCM since 2020. He holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from SKEMA Business School in France.
Kolle is seconded to TCM from Shell, where he, over his 12 years with the company, has held several roles within finance, commercial and project management.
